Denuncian negligencia médica en hospital de Temuco tras muerte fetal en mujer embarazada

Una denuncia por negligencia médica presentaron los padres de Florencia Somoza Reyes, quien falleció el pasado domingo antes de nacer en el Hospital Hernán Henríquez Aravena de Temuco.

Según consignó soytemuco de acuerdo al relato de Pablo Reyes, padre la mujer embarazada, ella llegó al recinto con 41 semanas de embarazo y fuertes contracciones. Agregó que «el día 3 ingresa mi hija con muchos dolores, el médico tratante le hace un monitoreo encontrando todo normal y da la orden de inducir el parto para el domingo, lo que no se cumplió, lo que a todas luces es una negligencia médica”.

Jonathan Somoza, padre de la bebé fallecida dijo “Muchas familias nos han dicho que les ha pasado lo mismo y se han quedado callados; pero nosotros no, porque queremos que esto no vuelva a ocurrir porque están trabajando con vidas humanas”.

En tanto, el director del Hospital Hernán Henríquez, Heber Rickenberg,confirmó que se iniciará una auditoría clínica para esclarecer los hechos.
